The wingmaran 14 V3 stands for 14’ long, shallow V hull and the 3 is verison 3, but the first design offered to the public for boat makers.

It features skimming wing outriggers, choice of either a reefable lug sail, or an unstayed board boat sail rig like a Sunfish, Laser, Force 5, or others.

To accommodate sail rigs of different area and aspect ratios, the boat comes with dual daggerboard slots allowing for adjustments to helm balance when needed.

The hull is self draining, and the cockpit floor is 75” long and wide enough to sleep on, if needed.

The hull is 48” wide, and the hiking benches increase width to 60-63” and can accommodate rowing pins. A sliding rowing seat can be installed on the top of the dagger platform.

The Wingmaran 14 is designed for 1-2 day sailing or solo sail/row expeditions in coastal waters.

The boat can handle 4’ waves but handles much better in protected bays. It is much more stable

than a beach cat or a trimaran with small volume floats.
